Johann Contreras

Immigration and civil litigation.

Johann is an immigration and civil litigation lawyer based in the Port Moody office. He appears before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Most of his practice is immigration. He helps clients sponsor spouses and common-law partners, apply for permanent and temporary residence, and become Canadian citizens. When an application is refused or a case goes to a hearing, he represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and in the Federal Court of Canada.

His civil litigation work includes co-op litigation and other civil disputes in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
