Simarpreet is a litigator. He acts in civil and commercial disputes, family law, wills and estates, criminal defence and immigration matters, and appears in the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. He works out of the Langley office.

In civil matters he acts for individuals and owner-managed businesses in contract and debt claims, property disputes, builders liens, foreclosures, and shareholder and business disputes. He gives clients a clear assessment early on and keeps them informed at every stage. He also acts in family law and wills and estates matters.

He defends clients facing a wide range of criminal charges, appearing at bail hearings, pre-trial conferences and trial. In immigration, he assists with work permits, sponsorship applications and appeals of refusals.
